Society for Participatory Medicine

Participatory Medicine is a movement in which patients and health professionals actively collaborate and encourage one another as full partners in healthcare. We envision a time when patients become full and valued partners in collaborative relationships with health professionals to achieve better health and wellbeing. The Society partnered with us to promote participation in research on nurse/family caregivers and healthcare organizations/nurse employers.

Caregiver Action Network

Caregiver Action Network (CAN) is the nation’s leading family caregiver organization working to improve the quality of life for the more than 90 million Americans who care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, disease, or the frailties of old age.

Center for Health Experience Design

The Center for Health Experience Design, founded by Mad*Pow, is a community of more than 800 professionals and organizations in the health space. We’re people who care about making a difference and solving the toughest health challenges. Want to work on big topics like chronic disease management or the impact of climate change on human health? The Center can assemble a group of partners to make solving these tough challenges more real. The center partnered with the Difference Collaborative on a webinar on how employers can support working family caregivers.
